RIT Campus Store Return Policy

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The original store order / receipt is required for all refunds/exchanges.

Phone order and e-commerce customers should contact the store within seven (7) days of the receipt of merchandise for instructions on returning merchandise. Please call (585) 475-2505.

The original store order / receipt is required for all refunds/exchanges.

Products must be returned within seven (7) business days of the purchase and must be in new, saleable condition, and must be the current/newest model. Products must be in the original, sealed package; equipment must be unregistered and include all blank warranty cards, instructions, etc.

Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Purchases made by credit card or Tiger Bucks will be refunded to the same card number. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card for future use. A check may be issued by RIT for any cash refund in excess of $50.00.

The following items may not be returned or exchanged:

  • Computers and iPads
  • Special order merchandise
  • Personally worn items such as ear buds, headphones

A 10% restocking fee may be charged for items returned with open packages or items returned after seven (7) days from the date of purchase. The RIT Campus Store reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time.

Clothing, Gifts and General Merchandise Products

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Clothing that has not been worn and has its original tags, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
