• RIT Campus Store ships all online orders via FedEx. We process all orders in the order in which they are received with priority going to orders with next day air shipping.
• Orders placed weekdays after 1pm will be shipped the following business day.
• The RIT Campus Store’s shipping and receiving department is closed on weekends and during university, state and local holidays. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
• FedEx is unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Shipments to Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico are second day shipping only. See shipping rates chart.

Shipping to APO / FPO address

Shipments to an APO / FPO are sent by US Priority Mail for a flat fee of $25. When completing your Shipping Address during checkout, please be sure to follow these instructions:

• The Country must be "United States"
• The City must be entered as either APO or FPO;
• The State must be selected as either "Armed Forces America" "Armed Forces Europe" or "Armed Forces Pacific"
• Enter your Zip code
• Enter your full name, grade, and PSC or unit number.

International Shipping

If choosing international shipping, choose the region that is closest to your delivery destination. If we find the shipping method chosen to be in error, we will correct it before shipment, and you will be charged the correct amount. RIT Campus Store is not responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs or fees incurred on any order sent internationally.
